Oil leak in EJ22

I have an oil leak in the EJ. There is oil all over the left hand side of the engine, and up on the air cleaner (above it). I replaced the tappet cover gasket, but it is still leaking.

Can any of the suby boys/girls offer suggestions???????????????

Thanks
Mat

Assuming it's the LHS looking into the engine bay... is it leaking from the head cover or from the blanking plate to the front?
This is common, whip it off, replace o-ring and use a bit of Blue Hylomar (do you guys have that stuff there? Non-setting silicone gasket)

I think I read that blanking plate is where the dizzy used to be in the early days ICBW

Cool, quick, easy and cheap to fix :)
Imagine if it had been the oil cooler seal on an Aircooled
