T3 slider lock.
Why does my slider door click open sometimes and not others. A bit of a pest when it does not as van is parked on a down slope! Tried squirting oil in
every hole, sometimes worked but not now. Had panel off but bust half of the fasteners and need replacements. Could not find anything disconnected or
stiff and not, apparently working.
Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

You need to replace the latch at the rear of the slider door, its a common issue.

Thanks Johny Rotten, I can't see what is wrong with it but, it is working at the moment so I'm clutching a piece of wood, maybe I should graft one
onto the dash!

This is exactly what was happening to mine. Steve Muller from Kombi Rescue did a quick "adjustment", not sure what he did but it's perfect now and
it only took him 10-15 secs...
