2nd one ive ever seen, are they rare as rocking horse poo?

Golf ute, gti style grill, light blue with white bits on it, looked seriously nice, thought it was a funny looking 1/2 way between a jumbuck & a brumby kinda thing from a decent distance, anyone on here?
