t3 h pipe or bleeder valve

the "h pipe" on my t3 or bleeder valve pipe as vw called it as far as I know? is cracked. someone had stuck/glued a bolt into the bleed screw thread I have left it alone until now as i knew from trying it that it wasn't coming out, so until now I have only bled the radiator. I have got around to renewing a few hoses around the place and putting in a new thermostat as it has been running cold. Anyhow had to get out the "bolt" and the plastic bracket cracked before I even tried to apply some force to it! lol.
so ......where do I get a replacement? it seems like 1.9 plumping is obsolete. I have some 38mm galvanized pipe out back I can make a basic h pipe and maybe tap a bleed in each pipe; just have to get some brass setscrews or something. It will save me money too.
so what has been done in the past?
tooleys dosnt have one and sold the last one 2 years ago.
anyone got an idea?
Just to stop wasting time I cant afford a subi engine and I'm not using a box of matches.............................Yet

the plumbing for the 1.9 seems to be obsolete, I can make my own that will do the job. but what does everyone else do.
