EJ22 GAUGE SELECTION ???
All,
Ok Im doing a full build of a manx buggy to my spec's and I've done the EJ22 conversion but I need to know what gauges people are running with the
standard subaru sensors so I have an idea which Brands / Types are available to me ???
Or does someone know the right ohms for each of the sensors ???

the only compatible sensor on EJs is the oil pressure for the idiot light
any after market gauges you fit will need their own sensors fitted
the stock water temp sensor has a 1/8NPT thread so most after market senders will fit but some people have trouble with the internal clearnace and
aluminium weld a new boss on to it
to fit oil pressure you will need atleast a 45 degree fitting so it will clear the alternator and a Tee if you keep the idiot light sender there
too
there is another port at the flywheel end you can move it to if you dont want to tee it.
im thinking of doing this to clean the engine bay up abit
