New to Beetles

Gday, For years I have been nothing but kombis. Recently I went to the dark side. I fell in love with Beetle's

I know very little about beetle's. That where I was
hoping you could help. What model if any had IRS? Or
front disk breaks? Am I right in saying that the superbeetle had the 1600 TP? It doesn't really matter
because I have a good TP.

As you can guess I will be looking for one as soon as I
save a bit more money. I will prefer the later mofel with
the better mecahanics for my first.

Engine doesn't bother me. I have a good TP to go straight in. Semi auto. Mmm would probably prefer a manual. Irs is probably more important. Can you get IRS on a manual?
Thanks for the help 71.

all superbugs S/L are disc brake, 1600 IRS
theyre easy to pick they have the really wide bonnet and coil over struts

only others with disc brakes and IRS are 76 model and semi autos like josh already said
