Converting a beetle from LHD to RHD

Hello,
I am looking at buying a beetle from the US. Essentially it is just a shell, so I am considering attempting a conversion. I have a pan to suit but what other things will I have to do, I know I will have to switch the dash.
Any help or adivice is greatly appreciated.
