great find
give him a light clean & WD and oil every moving part before you try and open them , quarter window , doors , cables levers , door handle , grease
suspension, hand brake cables etc. then give ALL mechanic a good look at . Most important thing don't start pulling him apart.
leave those funky tail light as is .

The doors are right if it's a late '55. The doors are not easily swapped between early and late cars as the lock mechanism does not line up,
although I have seen it done
What about the B-pillar - is it smooth like later cars or does it have 2 indents?
Congrats on a fantastic find!
