thats for sure !!
I went to Coogee to see Trent some weeks ago and couldn't believe just how much he had on his plate with not only his 4 established resturants , but
he had just opened another across the road and his wife had just had a baby .
Trent was kind enough to take Louise and me for a tour downstairs through the kitchen of his newest resturant , and I must say it looks really well
set up and extremely professional .
I'm sure when he gets the first opportunity he will be playing with his toys ...... well done Trent !!
