Hi Greg

It would have a had a special cam as well, Adrian used to get special hard faced cams done to his specs, it might have used one of them, it made pretty good power then, so after a few decades there could be a bit more in that combo.

I thought you got rid of the struts after you fitted the lift off front body work, so if I'm correct it was still a strut car then, I think I remember you saying that the A arm suspension was not well suited to hill climbs.
