Crikey, that really is a stunner. Top work mate, all the best with whatever is left to do.

TOP JOB!! How much further do you have to go? Is there anything you need to get the job done, any nick nacks missing? Make a note here; maybe someone can help.

Very inspiring thanks

if this is the bulk head here is a pic of it

bulk head and dash, these were both taken to bare metal and straightend ,for me i think because they are the first things i look at when getting into the car it would definately have bothered me to see a dent or hole ,the bulkhead had around 20 holes drilled into it that did nothing ,why????some people have strange ideas

When can we all actually get to look at this beauty in the flesh....? First show?

That last shot...I can't get over the colour..it's sort of transparent but really vibrant....:kiss

I was lucky enough to see this bus in the flesh when I brought some parts off Darren and it is every bit as sweet as it looks in the photos. He has done an unreal job on the body and backed it up by investing in all the good bit to finish it off.
Well done.

First off conflagulations on the restoration! It really is a top job. Hows the paranoia when you drive it? Holding up all right?

I was wondering what kind of rubber that is. Im going to be using my 23 as an everyday driver so bias plys are out Im afraid, Im looking for some nice classic look radials. What are those white walls or are they flaps? Rim size (14's? Im on standard 15" rims), weight rating, cost???? Sorry

once again fantastic job.:rudolf

hi there mr zimblewinder
the tyres are 195/65/15 on the rear and 195/50/15 on the front with white wall inserts for insurance purposes you need a tyre rating of 94 i am not to sure what the 94 stands for just passing on info from the man at the tyre shop.

as for the driving part unfortunately it hasnt happend yet its a money thing ,i do alittle then work alittle then spend alot , i have bought a motor of a forum member and i will be fitting it in the next 2 weeks or so, its a berg 1903 stroker . after that its the interior and rubbers oh and a few more accesories.

i have fitted a booster front discs with type 3 rear end and have to wait for some parts to finish that off then the motor. i like to finish one job before starting another to make sure nothing is missed. thanks for your interest
as for being paranoid about chipping the paint ,i am not worried as it is not going to be entered in any shows ,i am building it to drive so when the paint gets alittle damaged its a chance to change the colour mmmmmmm cestnut brown
