I think that it is still not too late to turn back, after all , whats a vw without a vw engine in it?

Depends on who builds it, hey?
If ya get someone who actually knows what they are doing, then it comes quite easily.
On the other hand, if ya have no !@#$%^& idea then ya have to look for alternatives.

My vw stroker motors have always gone like rockets...only reason I sold the 2332 is because Doddy was going to look at the bits for another year and I
wanted the car on the road.
Rumour has it Jak was never happy with the power or lack of it his 2275 made....
Reason there are little photos is because I am still using my phone....convenient.

A little update.....For those interested...
The car was done in primer today and will be rubbed back and finished in the next day or two. The motor will be back in by the weekend with the
harness all wired up...
