Thanks for the info Pete. There's quite a few Taipans in Perth but info on them is faily scarce. I was talking to Moose today about Simon's buggy
and didn't realise other Taipans had the raised section for the indicators. Your buggy must be similar to Simon's body. I still want to put my
indicators up there but will have to fit some bolts to them that won't cut into my tyres. There isn't too much tyre clearance on the front of a
Taipan.

This may back up the theory that yours is an earlier production model. I think some later Taipans had a moulded in roll hoop. A while ago someone
posted photos of an early J&S (pre Taipan). I will find the pictures and see where the indicators were on that one.
