Tell them that it had 23 windows before the towie took it and you want compo for the missing windows, or a replacement bus!
i got away with storing 4 unregistered cars at my unit in randwick for 3 years due to a friendly Manager, up until the Body Corp stuck their nose into
our amicable arrangement.
Was good whilst it lasted.

Well done,
hope its all there together (well, inside the kombi at least) and that the least of the problem was that it got shifted and not crushed etc.

So whats the deal?
If you were paying for the space how come they moved it, was there any explanation. what was their justification?

No explanation, no apology, infact they were pretty rude all round. The body corporate have just done what they like really. said it was a mistake.
surprised they didn't say it was my fault infact that were that arrogant.
blaming everyone else.

yeah but if they are total rude pricks they may 1. do it all again, 2. tell you to go somewhere else, 3. put the rent up heaps..
have a good think about action as body corps can be pricks..

Who paid for the tow truck driver to bring it back? If it was you, you are entitled to be re-imbursed. Type a letter, date it, don't get emotional in
it, use words like
"enclosed is costs associated with recover of Volkswagen Kombi Chassis No______ removed by body corporate xyz. This letter is the first and final
claim to said body corporate for recovery of these costs. Payment to be made by 30 days from the date of this claim"

no he bought it back no problem, charged them I expect. Think he was the only one who had any sense. although when I told him it was reported stolen I
don't think payment came into it ;-)
