And although plans may change several times (as they always do), I am particularly interested in subaru powered notches - hint hint, nudge nudge. :P

On the road.

I'll give myself a little ego boost here by replying to the post "Impressive Field".

I'm leaving Sydney on Thursday morning, stopping at the central coast briefly to have a Maltese coffee with Jak Rizzo and then heading to Tamworth for the night.

I'll be cruising along the New England highway on Friday to Warwick. I'll probably sit on about 100 kmph because the carbs are quiet at that speed.

Will there be anyone else on the highway with a VW badget that I can tailgate? I'm happy to tailgate trailers too.

G'day CT , we are leaving from Wollongong Thursday morning as well . Might see you along the road somewhere . We are also heading towards Tamworth area .
I am taking my dualcab bay , towing my enclosed trailer with 'Mango' inside . My father (Allan) is taking his Toyota Lexcen , towing my turbo oval . My brother (Rod) is taking his Chev ute , towing his enclosed trailer with his drag car inside .
I will have the slowest vehicle , but can still cruise along at 100kph if it is not an uphill .
Have a great trip everyone , from WPVW.

Wow a convoy!

Hi Wayne,

I'm sure I won't miss your convoy. If I see you I'll join in. Otherwise I'll keep an eye out for you in Tamworth.

Strangely, I'm looking forward to taking my oval on a gentle drive for a change.

I'm really looking forward to the weekend.

I am leaving Nowra Thursday morning and travelling out to Orange to pick up Fabe's and his new car, staying the night there, then leaving at the butt crack Friday morning for Warwick. Have a safe trip everyone.
