Gary, yep did the roof myself with my mate. We're just a couple of amateurs not afraid to give things a go.
FYI most of the body was oxy and some tig.
Have to give my mate Jason the credit for the welding (I'm ok with the torch, just no where near as fast as he is) which work out good cause as he is oxy welding, I'm beating the panels.

Did most of my roof myself-got a mate to tighten up the distortion creases from the welding.Just Tek screwed it into position,did the plug welds,then welded up the Tek screw holes.I plug welded the back half of the frame,where it was originally glued to the roof.I have picked up another one for a future project.You have obviously worked out how to do all the adjustments.I love mine,and it slides better than when it was new.
