This might be a strange observation but why would you have a baja on a number plate that is the Manx club. Seems pretty obvious what should be on
there.
Wha tabout a baja bus picture? |

well
You see we are a Buggy and baja club. Manx Australia sold Manx baja Kits so we let them in. I would not want a baja on my buggy so do not expect a
baja guy to want a buggy on there baja.

Surely each different picture is going to attract the $300 artwork fee for the plates....
I think we need to pick one design and stick to it

You are correct
They do but it woudl not be fair to not offer the baja owners the same opportunity as teh buggy guys.
The club decided that is we had 5 buggy guys who wanted plates then we woudl get them. Well they have the same rules for teh baja plates. So far:
Buggy Plates:
1- Brad
2- Graham
3- Dyno
4- Rick
5- Kenny
6 - Rod
Plus a few possibles.
Baja Plates:
1- Wes
2- Terry
3- Darren
So they aren't there yet

ok, the two plates shown on this page, will be very similar to what we will be getting. However I am yet to decide on the exact Baja graphic as I
quickly coloured a B&W graphic to make that one.
I am quite sure we will be getting Baja plates, cos I am silly and I'd be happy to pay a bit extra to offset any costs to the club. I just need
to find a balance between how many I think we'd sell, then split it up to an additional fee per plate that I would have to charge club members to
get them. So essentially the cost of getting the plates will be paid for by the people who buy them, not members in other states etc.

Even though you boys wont let me play because I'm not in QLD, I like the final versions anyway.
What would be the final cost of these plates as a matter of interest? And is it possiable to get a plate anyway even if I cant use it?

I did prefer the first Baja I posted though, we'll see what artwork we can find in a decent resolution.

There is some division about the little pics.
I see both sides.
I agree they start to make things a little cluttered, and sometimes simple is best.
But I also think they make the plates look paired, and really show the baja's and buggies point.
in the end I like the little pics.
Brad, I think we need a vote on this one!
PS - I am still not quite happy with the yellow baja pic, I like the blue one better, more stylish. But we will have to take what we can get in the
end I suppose.

Yep I have them also some of our members up north have ordered them and they will be on their cars soon.
They are vcery cool and part from being pulled over by a Cop who thought I had made my own plates up all is well.
He had a good chuckle when he found out we had actually registered the desigbn and it was all legal and stuff :thumb
Hi thought it was cool that I had a little buggy on my buggy number plates...
I though it was cool that he thought it was cool and didn't go looking at my very roadworthy buggy
