Mmmmm, I seem to remember the tight and curlies of Raleigh raceway, Yes, a must do in any car, it is so much fun.

I just unpacked the bus from Warwick on the week end, and had a big clean up.

Just a thought, on portland, if any one is interested in a car carrier from brisbane to portland, I'll find out $ for different amounts of cars / busses. PM me.

I'm going to willowbank in the next couple of months to try some different things with the bus :?:

Wayne Penrose told me he had a vid.
Not very exciting to watch,
but brown pants in a couple of spots with no front brakes!

That is, spots on the track, not spots in my shorts.

I've just finished the latest issue of VWMA, so now it's on to the rat. I suspect I have destroyed the SuperDiff. This time Dave will put a Spool diff in and a Superbug first gear. Hopefully there's no damage to the case or any other internals. The car was strong at Warwick, with Mike Waldron doing an 8.52 and me an 8.72!

I'm towing the car down to Melbourne for DOTVW in mid-November. There's a large display of drag cars at the show promoting VW Portland for next year (February 19th-21st).

Wow!
Carnage.
Ben should buy a rev limiter first.
Hope it is not too expensive to fix.
Autometer "pro-control" is an afforable option.
Or an MSD 6AL will give him a CDI ignition, as welll as a rev limiter.
