Hmm, I didn't work through the sanding grades. I was being lazy. I just starting attacking it with the sander.
It makes sense about working through the grades though.

that's not really a paint job....
its a pre-paint job...
but You can drive one looking like that if You like....
and can paint it with clear paint... instead of matt black..
or clear matt paint so it doesn't shine...
