You can't deny though that the drivers of the old days were the better deal though.
they probably filtered out the A/C, Power steering and opera music playing in the background oh ken blocks vid, oh and the seat warmers and his latte
in his cup holder :P
OH! and the scene where he is combing his hair in the little cosmetics mirror in teh sun visor while doing his donuts
The cars of old sound so untamed and on edge. Heck they are that good that there is no longer any need for a pack of adult nappies no more...

You really can't comapre as they are so vastly different, just look at F1 michael schumacher was 7 time world champ. goes away for 3 years comes back
and can't compete, yes i know his car mite not be as good he's older etc etc etc but different cars/bikes etc all behave in there own way and one
person who is amazing on/in one sort mite struggle with the next.
Drivers of old wouldn't cope as well with cars of today so very different as todays drivers would struggle with older cars.
If cars were still like the older ones then u would have very different drivers up at the top of the tree insted of the names u have now.
Yes drivers of old had much bigger balls!!!! as they had hardly any if any of the driver aids/safty that we do today. shit just look at early single
seater racing, they rolled u died! sitting that hig above the car was mental...

Chris, that fiesta spent most of the vid on the limiter in 1st and 2nd gear. There isn't much more on edge than that. I'd love to see all the vids
of the motor going "boom" that they cut out. He must have gone through at least 2 engines and then there are the gearboxes and diffs.
The car he's used for this vid was money no object.
