It was a good night.
Stanley had a tappet cover gasket "suck in" on him so no damage.
Frosty ran a best of 13.7 ... he is stoked
The single cab ran a best of 17.2. I am happy with that for what it is (not a drag car)
Matt has some pics, but we will have to wait for them. (hint hint)
It was a whole lot of fun 
I did read that my bus when they originally came out took around 37 seconds to reach 60mph, so I guess there has been some improvement

HEY thanks to all who made it to willow bank tonight I t was good to catch up and meet some more vw friendly faces and always priceless to hear some
one on their phone talking about their mates commodore trashed by a vw ! Big thanks for your info and advice Matt and Marcus,and that ride in your car

Not a bad night considering
First pass set the shift light to 5000rpm and had the light glowing well before the end of the track so backed off and ran a 12.63 @ 97mph.
Got back to find oil dripping from rocker cover. Fixed what I thought was the problem and went again.
Got to half track smelt oil and shut it off. Pulled rocker cover off and found whole bottom section dragged in. Put it on the trailer but it's still
running fine.
good to see a some volksies running especially Marcus and the SC

Not even close low 14's all nite. Couldn't get it to hook up on the kendas?was a full 3/10ths off in the 60,Gonna have to look at
