Looks a million dollars mate, give ya self a pat on the back and have another beer. Anyone who can create something with that sort of outcome deserves
true credit.

have you been doing all this time out here , shit it use to piss me off id be welding and sanding for weeks and get a dickhead telling me it looked
the same as when i started.
i guess this is why i ended up posting some pics to get alittle support as anyone who has been through this will know how much work is involved and

I think Darren is sorting out the drive train.
last I spoke to him he had fitted the brake booster.
This is a way cool bus, cant wait to see it on the road.

its on the road sort of been test driven it with no seat and the safaris cracked wide open , not a good idea tears in the eyes. i havent got any rego
but its in a rural area with extremly quiet streets , here is a pic the first time driven to test the brakes, basically just testing the box and
brakes and oh the motor ,may have to add some strength to the back of the seats . the trim will be last to go on as it is to expensive to damage .
thanks for the support but i must admitt it looks better in the pics i think

dont go driving around too much with out sunnies mate. i had a mate who was on a bike run, who moved his glasses, probably to clear something from his
eyes... got hit dead inthe eye by a criket, which the coroner later found lodge part way into his brain!
i go everywhere flat out with my safaris open, but always with glasses. same as on my bike.

I had to stay with the inserts as the bloke here could only do 3/4 of an inch, too small for me.
Bus looks great.

brads still stiching up the rear seat as we speak might even be finished not sure, i will post a pic of my hood liner i have been working on for you ,
will post a pic of the interior /seats when they are all finished .
so hows your bus going it looks great?
how long before its on the road?
mine is so close its not funny ,the list of jobs on the bus goes like this finish hood liner (around 1 hours work)
finish the oil cooler set up (have hose and thermostat)allready mounted the cooler in poss.
get a temp guage and a sender fit those
purchase 2 175/55/15 tyres get them fitted to 2 original early beetle rims (can wait for this job)
fit the rear seat cover
then drive it everywhere untill it needs a resto again.
i will say this about the seats the front ones are not the same colour as the rear!!!!!!!! i cant wait to see it:thumb

damn, I need one of those, and those and those, and that..,pimp my ride my arse - this is da domb - as young people I know would say.
