Well yesterday we all but finished up the front droop stops , and reduced the front top spring packs back to 3 full leafs only which at this stage
feels like a nice spring combined with the 2 1/4 arms .
With that done and us needing to get the car rolling so we can move it around for an incomming container of gear from the USA we also refitted the
left rear torsion bar and wheeled it outside for a look at the adjusted stance .
At ride height i should have around 430mm under the torsion housings with 100mm droop from there and 200mm up travel .
Yes the rear guards are going to need some work to centre them over the wheels but the arches also need to be moved out so no biggy to also move them
back the required 40mm too

Long time no posts , no excuses but i have been working on it !!!!!!!
Have cut and folded most of my new fuel tank out , which uses the triangular void that it fit's into better than the original round tank and the new
tank should hold around 55 to 60 litres , sorry no photos' of this yet
Yesterday we also finally got stuck into the rear mudguards / fenders which we have moved out approx 50 mm and back 55 mm to cover my large rear
stance .
The plan with the guards / fenders is to cut ,modify , and clean up the existing guards , use these as plugs for a mould ( the existing guards are in
very poor shape have been modified a few times already and weigh way to much ) and produce a couple of sets , ie one set to go on the car and a spare
set .
Any way here are a few pics of the progress so far

Bit more done lately and some other stuff starting to get finished off .
The rear infill panel and modified Trimil Bobcat exhaust .
The front skid plate which will have a 250mm x 220mm hole cut into and ducted up to my engine oil cooler to give it good clean cool air
Not that you can see much of it but the alloy fuel tank in place
The modified Jamar brake and clutch pedals and Pauls custom made throttle pedal which will keep the floor clear
The centre consul with jamar X shifter

Ok it's been a while again since the last post , but still moving forward , will let the pictures speak
Designed , cut , folded and fitted a dash panel
Mounted the oil cooler , it's a Towd , space is tight , and i didn't like the idea of the oil radiator drawing hot air off the top of the gearbox
and or the hot from said radiator getting drawn into the cool air inlet on the fan shroud
Cut and folded up some headlight brackets
The alloy fuel tank in place , with the cut out area in the bottom to get around the hydralic lines of the fiddlers
MMMMMMMMMM Starting to get the final items welded out

Well have finally got the rear guards home and fitted to the car , i just have to make some tabs up today to hold the inside edges of the bottom of
the arches to the chassis to stop them bouncing around
Now hopefully the front guards arent to far of being done also and i can finally break this baby down and send it out for paint and powdercoat etc
