Like to see Radars on it. I reckon it wants big wheels. 18" Radars?
Doesn't matter what you put on it. The game was over ages ago when you put the paint on. We all give in...you win.
They say nothing's perfect but mate you're sure giving it a nudge.

I am a sucker for old school and the full chrome wheels
look good against the darker colour in paint.
Ultimately the choice is yours. What ever you decide to
do will look great. As always. Thumbs up too ya :thumb

The more the merrier.
I've got 16 x 6/7 Fuchs with black centres on my oval at the moment and the car looks real mean.
I can always change back to the polished Fuchs for that showy look or when I go racing.
Then if I get really board I've got some silver ATS Cookies.
Just make one set your street set, one your track set and get another set you can slide under the car for safey if the car falls off the jak stands.
That's how I justify my Porshce wheel fetish.
Looking good either way.

Yes indeed....gotta fess up and tell the truth (I was going to let it ride for a bit longer but I am not a good liar). The Fuchs are not mine
(although like CT says I may one day find a set for track/drag days because I love em!).
They are temporarily bolted in place (loaned from my brother in law) whilst my cup wheels undergo a bit of custom treatment. I have seen a few beetles
now in Oz with them so I am just striving to be a bit different. I just wanted to mess with some minds and keep you all on your toes for a bit!
So rest assured....the CUPS WILL BE BACK
By the way, here is my brother-in-laws KG which the Fuchs will eventually find their way onto (by the way those are my BRMs he is borrowing for the
time being so it was a fair swap!).

Yes indeed, both cages made by Custom Offroad thanks Terry :P
Nothing too exciting happenning to my Turbo Twists, but just enough to make them stand out a little more. I love old skool, but this beast will be
mostly a new(er) school graduate.
Anyway, the KG has aforementioned rollcage, and 911 seats installed in readiness for the (one day) 2110 and IRS, plus 4 wheel discs. I had to post a
couple pics of it because I love it so much! It is and will be a mighty cool car.

Today I was engrossed in sub box modification - had to figure out how to cover the 6x9 holes (not needed with a sub) and still make it look part of
the original design. Covered entire surface of sub box with masking tape to protect the primed surface.

After tape, alfoil was glued in place with spray adhesive again to form a barrier to avoid resin getting through to the primed sub box.

Then a few layers of matt applied before allowing a couple of hours to cure before laying down a another couple of layers. This is where I am up to
thus far. I will keep you in suspense regarding the plans for this "faux" outer panel.

Filled the pinholes in the kickpanels and re-primed with two more coats of high build primer which will be lightly sanded with 400 to obtain a smooth
base for the colour coat.

$hit I wish I had that much money to burn! Sorry to disappoint but nothing so high tech unfortunately, just a bit of "two tone" treatment. Will
explain more soon.
