its supposed to be a bull horn, but it sounds more like some sort of vibrating part failure

started tackling the front indicators today.
i started by marking where i wanted them, used the cutting blade on the grinder to start off, drilled small holes, then punched out the chunk. then lots of back and forth between grinder and dremil, untill the plastic indicator units sliped in nicely. unfortunatly they dont sit fully flush with the bumper

not leds, weird small globes. they are the ones you see on the side of the newer commodores. got them from auto 1 (rare spares) they look alright, but are all plastic. a bit flimsy for my liking

i was going to, but not sure now. the plan was to cut the light section out of old guards and weld into the super guards

if you're gonna do some cutting, get a couple of last model's E-Class lenses (the larger ones) and do a flush fitting job... ;)

nah, I can't remember where I saw it. but the concept was to pretty much continue the curve of the guard (sorta like the early headlights do, but with much less of a bulge). The rim that the chrome surround holds onto is shaved off and there's probably a bit of smoothing to do too. From what I could tell, the lens was somehow mounted from behind the guard... looked dam smooth..
