Had my specialist sander on the job while I straightened door,fitted rubber stops on the outside and made sure doors including front where ok fit.Will
not be fitted again until final assembly (does that sound ominus or what?)

A few things Doc.
Those vents are an absolute pain in the ass.. We must have the same bus nearly. Same year, both panels. I feel the pain there.
The Stinger/ Slide hammer thing is something I have been trying to access for a while now, because like you, there is dents in this bad boy that are
in places that are double skinned. Slide hammers are available on eBay in a nice little kit for less than $100, usually $70.
Good job with the doors and floor, you are beating me there! (Gotta get on to those repair panels..) But Doc, WTF is going on with that rear door

JIM the roof gutter had the smallest of splits in it and water has rusted out all down that side in behind the rubber
I have fixed the top half which was a nightmare cause of all the angles (there is picks further back)

This whole side is down to last primer ready for final sand and then epoxy
This Corner is way worse than expected (tell me something new with bus restos I hear yoiu say) will have to replace everything that engine lid hinges
on inside and out
