This is how to store a body to take less space, I can now lift it on my own.
Cutting through 42mm pipe to allow the 33mm pipe to run through the front for the radiator
Now for some diagonals

Got some time to work on the notch tonight
Front guards are mounted, have to mount the bonnet radiator and fuel tank.
Then on to the rear guards.
Who would know there's nothing under the bonnet. I could wack some plates on it, tint the whindows to hide the cage and go for a spin.

Inbetween full time courier driving and rebuilding vw automatic transmissions I found a bit more time for the notch.
Fuel tank mount and a strap to hold it down
Radiator mount, no bolts needed at all
Bonnet bracket. It's funny how much factory stuff you cut off then have to totally redesign it all again.
Both rear guards and rear apron are mounted with a total of 4 dzuse clips and 2 quick bolts (push bike quick release hub cam bolts).
This makes it very quick and easy to work on by myself.
This frame part is bolted to a stock guard and slips on to the body.
Plenty of access when you need it.
