Don't you just love it when
Complete strangers want to buy your car that isn't for sale. 4 times in the past two weeks!. An old guy tonight in the supermarket car park
wanted to buy my Fasty from me and then proceeded to tell me how he used to own one when he was younger in South Africa.
Roofracks are for plumbers!

Ya can't blame them though, I've bought quite a few cars by just asking. The best deal I got was an Austin 1800 - I pulled up next to it in
a supermarket carpark and asked the lady driver if she wanted to sell it. She said her husband had been thinking about it so I gave her my number. He
rang me the next day and that weekend I picked it up for $150, and then drove it for the next 6 months!! :thumb

I have had it happen a few times.
I find though that little kids in the back of cars are the ones that love my car the most. They just smile and giggle and then tell the parents to
look at my car!!!
Must admit that i love the attention.
