Narrowed beams

Just after some feedback, good or bad, on Aiekewld narrowed adjustable beams. Have a 64 bug with standard front beam & drum brakes and want to go lowered. Cheers

I have just removed a narrowed beam and installed a standard width one along with the correct offset wheels, major improvement in the way the car drives

VW060, are you running drop spindles, or are you running standard width and standard height? What rims are tyres are you running now?

I'd go for a locally made one instead. Nothing wrong with a well made and properly setup narrowed beam despite what some people will tell you.
