Im a confessed meataholic, I even go to meetings about my problems, however if you get the chance to try an on the bone wagyu rib eye that has been dry aged for two weeks or more, man up and give it a go! I normally have one every friday night to consume at my leisure, i am forced to rave about this one! If you need a a supplier i am happy to hook you up as my dealer is a reformed drug dealer and fanny doctor!
