EOI Non VW Sale or swap Honda TRX 400EX Quad for T1 or T3 engine to $3000
Hi,
I am going to sell my 2001 model Honda TRX 400EX Sportrax Quad to fund the engine build for my trike.
I thought I might as well see if anybody out there has one that they would like to trade for the quad first though.
Needs to be in South East Qld or Northern NSW as I live in Stanthorpe near the border and will want to look at any potential swap first
The quad is for sale for $3000 so I would consider a complete engine up to that value or would also consider a lesser value engine and cash
adjustment.
Engine MUST be in Very good condition
Long motor would be fine as I have twin 40mm IDF's and at this stage I am going to run type3 cooling I think
Prefer 1776cc or bigger
Not interested in anything too old unless it has been refreshed properly.
The quad is in good condition for a 2001 model see pics
The TRX's don't come up for sale very often
They run the same engine as the XR 400 except the TRX's are ELECTRIC start.
New plastics on the front $380 worth
brand new Holeshot rear tyres $300 worth
Full B&B Allot Bash plates
Staintune exhaust
Bucket loads of fun
