You'll need to be a bit more specific than that, there is the ignition switch and the key barrel, I take it you need the key barrel?

Also what year? there is 3 different key barrels and 4 different ignition switches used in 70s bugs.

71-72 SUPERBUG or 73-75 Super L beetle

Ignition switches are very different... from the different models...
so You need to know exactly which ignition switch You have..
and whether You need all the switch or the top key part only..

and getting the door barrels and ignition switch with the same key may be difficult..?? but not impossible..
if someone has wrecked a car and kept them all together [with the key]...

Best of Luck

I have a few key barrels lying around and am pretty skilled with rekeying. If I have the right one I can match it to your door barrels. Otherwise if you find the correct type and want it matched i can probably help. Cheaper than a locksmith. I'm in Brisbane too.
