TowBar Identification/Help


Having one of those days :grind:putting this bar back on I have lost one of the bolts that attaches it to the frame at the top back
Would anyone know the length and size for a replacement and I`m guessing it will have to be high tensile ?

Also While I`m here, is this a haymen reese??

The attachments and design look exactly like my Haymann Reece with extended bar either side.

I would say its a special order Hayman Reece.

Thanks for the help fellas ,After doing some more searching I hope that the missing bolt is a m12x1.25x25
I think I get where you are coming from AA003 :) I think I would like a lot more mounting points than what is on it :td:

Because they pull thru , best way if your towing heavy items is to drill right thru and run crush tubes and 6mm plate on top

Probably all the bays I've wrecked with tow bars attached that have ripped the ends of chassis apart from fatigue and captive nuts that are broken free ..nothing wrong with stock mounting but 40 + year old busses that have been used for towing show signs of wear

I doubt if you have wrecked any that have used the factory mounting points. The only Australian bars that I know of were made by Melbourne towbars, which are not very common.
