scan guage 2


anybody know if a scan guage 2 will work in a 2002-3 liberty 2.5 swap, have ordered one with my parts but thinking the motor is probably OBD 1or is there a way to tell thanks

OBD2 came in around 1996 in the US market and we got it not long after so '02-'03 should be fine.

OBD2 uses a different socket, use google images for OBD2 socket and you will see what it looks like then compare it to yours.

apparently 02-03 motors were OBD2 but not running the complete system so the scan guage 2 and interfave board won't work so just saved a couple of hundred
