Baja Stinger Style Exhaust

Gday all.
Can anyone tell me the legalities of having a stinger style exhaust in Australia, particularly SA. Or guide me to the relevant act. I haven't seen any locally, so have assumed they're not allowed, maybe because Joe public could potentially burn themselves on it. I was thinking of getting one and using exhaust wrap to mitigate the burn factor?
Thanks.

I would think the biggest problem is the noise levels would be too high.

here ya go:

https://www.sa.gov.au/topics/transport-travel-and-motoring/motoring/vehicles-...

requirements listed (if you scroll down about midway).

The hurt point for a stringer would be these points (in my perspective):

1) The exhaust outlet, if to the rear of the vehicle must discharge at not more than 10 degrees above or 45 degrees below the horizontal.

2) If the exhaust system is not underneath the vehicle and can come into contact with people, it must be shielded.

3) The exhaust outlet must be as close as possible to the outer edge of the vehicle, but not outside or underneath the vehicle.

Yet if u got a motorcycle, none of these count... go figure...
