Hi Steffen
The windscreen can be supplied by anyone who does windscreen glass. It can be cut to suit from flat laminated glass, same as if you needed one for
your tractor or boat. I have one in my shed that I could measure if needed, let me know and I can dig it out. Dimensions may be on here
somewhere.
If you search “windscreen” in the country buggy section there are old posts on the rubbers.
I think Clark Rubber, Spectrum and others can make them up for you, some will even know what you’re talking about. You’ll need boot, bonnet and
windscreen specially made. The piece of foam between the windscreen frame & the body is just a stock piece they’ll be able to sell you off the
roll.
Here’s a couple of threads.

I think it was Spectrum rubber in Sydney I tried as they had a part number for Country Buggy listed on their Website, but after being ducked around
for 6 months, the rubber finally turned up, both longer and wider than the windscreen frame, and didn't even have the groove cut in it for the glass
to fit. Gave them an ear ful and got my money back. So eager to find out if you can find anyone to supply this.

Hi Guys
Sorry about that, I haven’t been keeping up.
The glass I have is 1500 x 420 x 7mm with virtually square corners. Probably not original, it was 20 years old when I got it.
The window frame is smaller (I haven’t unpacked it to measure it carefully). So it’s an overlapping rubber system, like a beetle, probably the
same rubber profile I expect?
Of course there’s no reason why you couldn’t use any industrial type rubber profile and make new glass to suit, but it wouldn’t look original.
Tractor, Toyota Landcruiser etc.
This should all be pretty simple stuff but it seems to always be an issue. Perhaps if someone finds some a rubber profiles that work, see if you can
get a part number for them so other people don’t have to start from scratch.
The rubbers that Nathan found for the boot & bonnet didn’t seem to be “exactly” the same as the originals but will work very well. The only
issue will be how well I can glue them on, only get 1 chance with the good quality contact cement.
We’ll get there.
Cheers
Tony

Tony when I have been to Chevron here getting glass cut- they had quite a few industrial type windscreen rubbers- all different profiles. Perhaps that
would be a good place to start?
