Replacement RHD Split Bus Cab Seat Pads?

What do you guys use to replace worn out RHD walk through cab seat pads?

If it's just the rubber pads under the bottom seat rail.
I found some push in rubber grommets in a blister pack at Repco, just had to cut them down to size a little to get the back OK.
