stuborn nut driving me nuts


is anyone familiar with the lower nut on a gear box mounting bracket on an late type 3 gear box.its the nuts that bolt the box to the bracket.No socket etc can get in there is there a easy way out of this.or do i have to weld a socket to a bar?help
