THINGS NOT TO DO AT WSID
Running a stinger at the street meet drags will get you kicked out with no second chances, If you exceed 95 db they will kick you out, I ran 103, see
yah.
So I said that I ran one at Eastern Creek and didn't exceed 95db several times, the reply was "they never had it turned on"
About 25 cars were sent home last week and between 10 to 15 last night.
Apart from that nice track

There has to be a noise limit cause other wise the locals would kick up a stink all the time and then there would be no drag racing.
At a full meeting with top Fuels cars n all WSID has to apply to the EPA for a open licence for the day or weekend which ever it is.
No problem getting it they have to nominate certain cars that will break the 95db limit and every thing is OK cause the government has been payed
and all the pockets have been lined.
Dont know what different it makes cause no one tells the locals about the meeting it just happens where as they could have planed a outing for
the day to get away from the noise or something like that maybe even a trip to the drag strip to see whats happening.
Chris its stated on the entry form... but who reads that
hey that was a good time you ran the cars getting quicker Yeah HAR.

Street Trim
All street registered cars need to be as if driven on the street.
Because the land is owned by the govournment and the street meets are a mid week event, the EPA set the noise ristrictions, even the full on race cars
the enter this event need to comply. And having full on race cars at a street event would seem to be wrong, although fun to watch.
Not only were the races pissed, off but so were the spectators.
Not a good way to to start of a new much needed new track.
