dual circuit maste cyl into 60's pan
is the brake pedal pushrod longer on the dual circuit system?
What angle should the pedals be at rest?

No you can use the standard 40hp pedal set up and push rod. I have one fitted to my Orange Smoothiee.
The pedals should be set up first so tat the brake and clutch and even when at rest.
