Welsh plug on Bosch 009

Does anyone else who has a 009 dizzy experience the small welsh plug on the side blowing off? Does it need to be on there? Any ideas of a fix?

glue it back on, after cleaning all the oily greasy crud off, or you could 're-welsh' it by messing with the sides of the plug a bit and tap it back in, then smear around the edges with a siliconny finger :D
