Seat Replacments
Hi I am hoping some one ot there may have some experance with front buck seat on a bug 73 model currently I am doing up. They seem to have a lot of
free movment even though they cathch is working I have taken them apart the shaft while compontances are worn nothing overley. Is this normal ??
Can any other car seats will fit with out to much work ?? I like to know if anybody has done it or heared of it .

There are plastic C channels that go over the runners on the floor pan. also try slightly tightening the C section of the seat base.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!
Go hard or go home!!!!

Thanks for yor reply I have searched the site for your sujestions with no luck I have all ready replaced the plastic C runners and tight the metal c
runner maybe more to go.
What about the top of the seat moves about 5 to 10 cm after locked in is this normal??
