will extractors off a 1500 fit onto my 1200 40hp...

NO they wont fit. A 1500 is wider. You could S T R E T C H them a bit to make them fit,,, bout 1/2 inch from memory.,

Sorry otehr way around you will have tosquash them down.

Go get a 1200 Sonic header from Volkshaven... bout 50 i think and add the muffler of the 1500 set.

Adam dont quote me but i am sure he has some NOS sonic header for a 1200 there or knows who has them See Lee

Get a flange welded onto the end so you can bolt a muffler onto it,.

Vintage has the flanges if you want to go that way.

Keep the 1500 headers for a 1500.
