62 body onto 60 pan

Ive put my 62 body onto a 60 pan I picked up.
the rear section over the back of the pan doesnt seem to line up.

do I just redrill the holes in the body?

there also seems to be a bigger than expected gap in between the body and the pan in this area
are the pans different?
