Help needed with 1/4 vent install
I'm having trouble working out how to screw the 2 screws for the hinge into the top door channel.
Is there a secret knack?
I can't get a screwdriver at the right angle without taking the hinge pin out.

The latest VW Treds shows the pin being removed, then replaced once the window is in place.
Maybe re-use the original brass pin, or pop rivet.

from the look of mine i think i will have to take apart the hinge anyway to get the new rubbers in.... the old ones were pretty u/s, so i ripped them
apart.. might be why mine came apart pretty easy.
