Type 3 front beam question


Disk brake front end from a later wagon be put on an earlier one? If not will the disk brakes bolt straight up?

i've got disk brake front on my '67 squareback, done by the last owner, i think he changed the whole beam....

not very helpful i'm afraid....

Never tried it but i carnt see why it wouldnt work. check the size of the ball joints first but if they are different size they change the whole thing.
