Speedo Resto - Idiot Light Gels?

I am restoring a km/h speedo for my splitty, and just wondered what everyone uses as coloured filter thingies that are for the indicator/high beam/oil & gen lights???

Thanks

when i bought some VDO pressure and oil temp gauges it came with gels that fitted over the bulbs in green and red. I just used these.

check out under theatrical supplies in the phone book and wander in
ask for gels-available in quite large sheets (bout a meter square) but often they will have some scraps lying around
available in literally hundreds of colours and best bit-they wont fade or crumple with the heat of the bulb (designed to go in front of literally thousands of watts of theatre lights-so your 1w dash bulb isnt likely to worry them much )
if you have seen the coloured lights that bands use-they are white with gels on :-)
