No they are not Type 4 manifolds, Type 4 manifolds have 4 studs holding them to the heads, not 3. |

I think they 2L 914 heads have three studs instead of the normal 4. Checkout the Tom Wilson book if you have it, sorry but not near mine now.

yep thats correct, i didn't even count the studs... its a 914 2.0L manifold. good luck trying to find 914 heads, sodium filled exhaust valves
and lots of other goodies
