steering help needed.
he all am hoping to get some advice and help. have been playing with 'squidwood'... refer to attached pic. anyway i cant seem to sort the play in
the steering. was finish before.
anybody got any tips or things to look for?
the beam is a narrowed 2in and adjusters fitted. all i hvae done is loosen the steering box and swapped the beam.
jsut seems a lot of play and wobble.
also could it be that the steering shaft can still work, albeit a little vague if its not positioned right?

When I replaced the beam in mine a week or so ago, I was under the front swinging off the tie rods to try and centre the pitman arm and adjust the
stops. I noticed there was some play somewhere so as I fiddled I found that where the pitman arm fitted to the splined shaft from the box, there was
some play. Just had to tighten the clamp and voila!
