To the best of my knowledge it is "ba-ha" just like the way Baja peninsula (in Mexico) is pronounced.

The name originates from the modified bugs that race in the Baja desert races.

Ooh, suits you sir!

BarJar or BarHar, depends on my mood. Everyone knows what we mean, so what difference does it make? Just because they say 'Baha' in Mehico doesn't mean we have to here. There are plenty of other foreign words in our language that we pronounce our own way. :)

I hope I haven't offended any 'Baja' owners! ;)

Baja is pronouced Ba-Ha, as with the Baja Penninsula in Mexico as others have said.

A Badger is a small furry animal. I have seen Badger in the trading post as they must have phoned in the ad and that's how the trading post worker heard it.
